At NodDesk, we are committed to delivering high-quality software development services and online educational programs. Once a payment is made and services are initiated, we do not offer refunds. This policy is designed to ensure that our customers understand the terms and conditions surrounding refunds, as well as the specific circumstances under which refunds are not eligible.

2. Refund Eligibility

Software Development: Once the software development process has been initiated, no refunds will be provided. The process of development begins as soon as we receive your payment and confirm the project requirements. If any changes or cancellation requests are made after the development process begins, no refund will be processed.

Online Courses: For online courses, once your payment is processed and your access to the course material is granted, no refunds will be issued. This includes any course that has started or is made available to you within 24 hours of the payment being processed.

3. Start of Service and Timeframe for Refund Requests

Software Development: The software development process will begin within 24 hours after the payment is received and confirmed. If a refund request is made after this period, it will not be processed under any circumstances.

Online Courses: Access to the online courses will be granted within 24 hours of the payment being processed. Once access is provided, the service is considered to be initiated. Refund requests for online courses made after the 24-hour period from the time of payment will not be entertained.

4. Refund Requests

If you decide to request a refund, it must be submitted within 24 hours after payment and the start of the service. Any refund requests made after this period will not be processed.

If a valid refund request is made within 24 hours (subject to eligibility), the refund will be subject to a transaction charge, as detailed below.

Once a refund request is approved, no amount greater than 15% of the transaction will be refunded. This non-refundable 15% covers the payment gateway charges and the processing fees related to your transaction. For example, if the total paid amount is $1000, and the refund request is approved, the maximum refund amount you will receive would be $850 after the 15% processing fee is deducted. Any additional charges incurred during the refund process will also be deducted from the refundable amount.

In rare cases, where services cannot be provided or there is a significant issue with the delivery of a software product or course, we may assess the situation on a case-by-case basis. However, refunds will still be subject to the 15% processing fee and any applicable payment gateway charges.
